jdmkleini have had an epiphany today.
i don't do well when i type to a large group, just like i don't do well when i'm in a large group. i am much better talking/typing one-on-one. i can talk to veil, a woman i have never met and be free and light and duffussie, but when i try to write to the email list i read, i come off sounding like a prig at best, a prissy prig at worst. i wonder why that is?
Took the dog to the vet today. He has a urinary tract infection. Don't know how that happened, but it did. Three injections, and two pills twice a day for the next few days. If that doesn't make him better back to the vet we go. He doesn't seem to be in much pain, he just pees in inappropriate places. Does make for clean floors, though.
It's cool here today. i may have to find another master. We have very different thermostats in our bodies. He can sit around in a cotton short sleeved shirt and pants, and i am wearing an undershirt, a long-sleeved trutle neck and cardigan, sweats, socks and slippers, AND my fingers, nose, and toes are still like ice. And i have a blanket across my shoulders and back....brrr!
Don't know what tomorrow will bring, but i do know it won't be work. And, after that, it won't be work again. i have a four day weekend. It would have been nice to have a bit more notice, so perhaps Master and i could have gone out of the country. BAH!
