Feb. 14th, 2005 07:24 amTomrrow is weigh in day. i've worked at it semi-dilegently this past week, so i expect some drop.
The charlie horse has now taken over the whole lower left side of my body. i have to go into the office this morning to sign in after semester break. i'll stay just long enough to make it look good, and then come home and rest the muscles. i don't know if i should try to work them out or if exercise will only make the spasm stronger. A minor internet search didn't give me any good information on that, so i'll go back and try again with a new tactic.
i suppose i could call the PT Dept at school and ask one of the professors what they think would be best. But i probably won't. i don't know why i'm such a fool about seeking medical advice or going to a clinic. i had a decent childhood. i don't remember any traumatic experiences in a doctor's office so what is up with this?
i have to go get horizontal.
