jdmkleinThis morning is the first time i have sent Master off up north. He won't be home tonight. i got up at 4 to fix His breakfast and pack His clothes for the trip. As He walked out the door He said He knew He was forgetting something. i'm sure He will call to let me know what it is. He left at 4:30. Iraq is an hour ahead of Kuwait. He wants to be in the office by 7:00 Iraq time. It's a 90 min. drive. The sun doesn't come up until 5:30 now, and it has moved back to the south. It doesn't come directly in the computer room window now. By December it will have moved all the way to the other side of the building.
Also, the washing machine has decided to die. He will look at it when He gets back. Good thing i got all the laundry done, huh. Tonight when i get home from school, my job is to move all the shelves next to the machine so He can get to it and work on it. And so He can move it out if necessary to take it into a repair shop. i would like a new one, this one was used when we bought it two years ago. i guess we got our 20 kd out of it.
i forgot about ironing and lunch packing. After Master left i had a minor fashion crisis. Didn't know what i wanted to wear to the office. i'm going smart casual today. Won't be teaching. Probably no students will see me above the waist. Crop pants, used to be Auntie Nurse's, and a white crinkle blouse, white sandals. Blouse is made of quite thin fabric, so will have to wear an undershirt. Nothing so fancy as a chemise or teddy, this is work.
The normal other stuff for work will be done about 7:00, brushing teeth, washing face, fixing hair, etc., etc. Leave for the office about 8:00, i think. i have conveniently forgotten what the traffic will be like going in. i have to stop at the bank by the airport so i have some cash.
i am hoping for a productive day.
