jdmkleinMy ticket is straightened out. But, instead of one reference number, i now have two, one with Kuwait Airways, one with Northwest. At least i can get back to the land of my birth.
It is so humid tonight, the computer room floor is wet. The balcony door was open a crack, the breeze is coming straight off the ocean. My glasses fogged over when i went out to get the dog. And it barely seems cool in the apartment. The stone of the building is still carrying the heat of the day. It is over 110 and is nearly 8:00 pm. i had forgotten how awful Kuwaiti summers are. But when i had the dog out for his run, i saw people doing their runs. How do they do it and not kill themselves of heat stroke?
Grades are in. Two people aren't getting the grade they wanted. They lied to me. Too bad for them. Both grades are very acceptable, just not the grade they wanted.
Tomorrow my new bank card should be ready. Yea, right. i'll stop by the bank on the way home from school, but will be absolutely dumbfounded if it is there. And i'll be broke if it isn't.
