jdmkleinWe have an overnight guest again this weekend. Geoff came in last night from UmQasr. He is filled with stories of what he sees is going on there. He said he doesn't feel unsafe, more like uneasy. He brought me some Iraqi sand. i don't want do stinking iraqi sand, i want some beers.
Emerson didn't get home last night, either. He will get home Saturday. My plan is to have Master and Geoff take me to work, then turn around and go to the Volvo shop, pick up my car and park it in the parking lot as school for me so i can leave when i am done. Emerson is getting a different carburator and manifold. It is from a different year and model of car, but the parts manager assures me it will have at the very least more power when i pick it up than when i took it in. That's not saying much. We may be getting a good deal on this auto work, though. Last night the service manager called to talk to Master about a resume for a good friend of his. Master said send it in and we would see what can be done.
i slept well last night. i cheated, i used pills.
i have to get ready for the tutorial.
