Emerson is in the shop. Same problem as always, the carburator. Only this time i think it might be licked. There is a new service manager at the shop i take it to, and he got me a good rebuilt one for a price i can afford. A new one over here would be over 1000$. Emerson is one of only 1500 1989 Volvos made with a carburator. All the rest have fuel injection engines. Needless to say finding parts for it can be a bit bothersome.

i'm not complaining, but....Master won't be going to UnQasr tomorrow as planned. He has no idea when He will be leaving. He is waiting for the transportation director to get Him a vehicle. On an interesting note, though, i may get to go to the border with Master tomorrow. He has a battery to deliver, and He is planning on calling Geof to meet Him at the border (Kuwaiti side) to pick it up. Part of me thinks this is pretty cool, part of me is a bit nervous, the silly part. i'll still be in Kuwait, what can happen?

It was hinted at that i might get some pain tomorrow. But now i'm thinking not. Got to get the car, got to go to the border, yada, yada, yada. i won't get my hopes up.

i have to get back to exercising. i just can't seem to make myself do it. bah!

i have seen the new chevy retro pickup thing, the concept car. It is way cool. i saw pictures of it, but today i saw one on a lot in Salmiya. And, i think i saw a porsche SUV. At least it looked like the porsche emblem on the front. It was covered with a sun cloth so i don't exactly what it looks like. On the lot next door, i saw a used ferrari, two used bentleys, a used rolls, and more jags, beemers, and benz than i could count. Only in Kuwait.
