i keep forgetting to tell him that.
Both yesterday and today seemed like very long days. Yesterday we were up and out and done with all the weekend chores before 11:00. And that included an early morning dog run in the desert, a stop at the optomitrist's shop, a morning swim for me and a walk for Master, laundry (washed, dried, folded, and put away) including towels, some herbs planted and the plants watered. Then the rest of the day drug.
This morning i got up and made the grocery list and we were out the door before 8. We stopped at Hole-in-One doughnut shop for breakfast and spent a couple of hours there talking to a man Master used to work with and his wife. It tickles me when people tell Master how different he looks with all that weight off. It makes me a bit jealous too but that is another story. After our chat we went to the hardware store to try to find the materials to make a halter for the dog. i really don't want to have to find a new home for him. From there we decided to shop for some 38 waist pants for Master, since He is now (Literally) walking out of His 40s. And i found a new swimsuit. Actually i found two, and the one i didn't buy is a style i like better, but it didn't look good on me. i also got a new gauze house dress, with gold threads through it. Master says i've been in Kuwait too long, cuz it truly is Kuwaiti style.
We were home again before noon, never did get to the market, and worked on Max's new halter. We will see how it works. It looks like the photos on the net. i have my clothes for school ironed already and dishes are done and put away. Something is not right. i shouldn't be this caught up on everything. i know i've forgotten something absolutely death defying important but for the life of me i can't remember what it is.
It looks like this will be Master's last week home. The news on His visa transfer is that it will be done by Sunday. i hope He will be here one more week, but i'm not very optimistic.
