I have no idea what happened. I went to bed last night around 1:30, read for an hour, woke about morning commute time to go to the bathroom, and take pills. I went back to bed, and the next thing I know, it's after 1:00 in the afternoon. Some days doing nothing is tiring work.

I have a feeling this is going to be a short word count for 15 minutes. I am trying to wrap my mind around a topic. Nothing seems to be happening.

I woke up this afternoon to no internet. Wise woman that I am, I got the coffee going and went to the box to do the necessary. It took a long time for everything to come back on, but I got it working and am happy to say the first 2 hrs of my waking day have been and are filled with my exploring the internet. A fascinating life, eh?

I have sheets in the dryer that want folding. I have clothes on the floor that want washing, I have counters and stovetop that need to be wiped down and yet, here I am in front of the computer trying to get my 15 minutes in. Next week I shall shoot for 30. Move into that hour a day writing resolution slowly, slowly I say.

There should be a warning label on those weighted blankets that are so popular these days. I got one from Eileen for Christmas and let me tell you, it is painful. Mine is a 20 pounder and I can barely get over me in the chair without a lot of pain. I realize I have become weak, (refer to resolution 2 in the New Year's Resolution Handbook) and intend to work on getting stronger in the coming months. But boy oh man it is painful as hell right now. I can't even begin to consider getting it on my bed for sleeping. How to tell my sister her present was not so great for me is the question.

Words, words, words, I need words to put on this page. I know 100s, nay 1000s, or maybe even 10s of 100s and I can't seem to put them together in a coherent form. I'm barely making stream of consciousness work. Hell. 389+-
