(no subject)

The tumor was on the left side of her brain. The seizures are coming from the right frontal lobe. The doc doesn't know what is causing them. She goes back to see him in 3 months. He did not change her meds, because the seizure activity seems to have stopped, she says, but i have to wonder if she or S.O. are noticing them. He's not quite well yet and i worry so about them. If i had my way she would still be firmly tied to my apron strings and never allowed to go away.

The week from hell was only postponed during the weekend, it didn't end. It started up right where it left off this morning. And now i have the lovely task of giving C her second written warning. i haven't gotten it worded yet, but i have to do it. She flat out refused to do what i consider a part of her job. i am about done with this. i want to go back to being a plain old teacher.

Abdulla Boland told me today that the bush called the Emir on the phone last night. Abdulla didn't tell me what they talked about. And the Emir hasn't let me in on the conversation either. Then later i heard that the war will be sometime between the 26th of this month and the 15th of next month.

One of the teachers is getting antsy about the situation. i assured him that i tell everyone everything as soon as i get information. He is new here, and has the mistaken idea that all the world runs like Britain. Gad i hate to burst his bubble.
