List five little things which make you happy/satisfied/give you pleasure. Don't go for the obvious ones like second-hand bookshops, warm baths, icecream, wanking, seeing a band live or whatever. Odd little things, which give you a little frisson and make things better, even if just for a moment.
1. Watching the camels walk against the skyline in the desert.
2. Max sleeping on his back on his couch. (all four legs up in the air) Pure contentment.
3. Finding my rhythm when i swim.
4. Getting lost in my swim.
5. Master touching me in my sleep, but i'm not really sleeping, just pretending to be, because i like the security of His hand.
