Deutschland here we come.

jdmkleinBusy doing the last little bits before we leave. The dog is at the kennel, the last load of the 'forever job' is in the dryer as i type. The bags are packed, passports checked, exit papers checked, Euros counted and exchange rated, tickets put safely in my bag.
We had a late dinner and the resulting garbage is out already. My clothes are ironed, i hope the skirt still fits, and ready for me to put on after my bath.
Master has printed out a mapquest to our first destination outside of Frankfurt, Göttengin, on the Fairy Tale Highway. Once we get away from Frankfurt, the road signs and our map and the Lonely Planet guide book should be enough. i have been awake since 5 this morning, and won't have any chance for sleep until at least after 2 tomorrow morning. Master's plan is to see how we feel when we get to Frankfurt tomorrow and make plans from there, depending on how capable He feels to drive. i didn't get an international lisence, so i can only drive in an emergency.
i have a notebook, i will take notes, and Master will take pictures. Tune in Feb 5 for the complete story.
