jdmkleinOne thing i learned the first winter i was here is that flamingoes are a migratory bird. In the winter months, they live outside my office window.

i received an email from one of the three real time slaves i know. She has been diagnosed as having COPD. She is now on oxygen at night, will be using a nebulizer and a puffer as needed. i believe this does not have to be a terminal disorder; that with the right treatment she can live a full life, but i am afraid for her. And i feel sad that we have not had as much time to talk recently as we have had in the past.
New Year's resolution #4 make time for the important people in my life.
