jdmkleinI woke up this morning at 8:30 and am waiting for Jeff to call to give me some reason he cannot come to clean today. I am tired of this. He was on time on the right day before he got the SSI. Since he has gotten money, not so much. And then one week he asked me for $100. I told him absolutely no, and if he calls to beg off today, I will tell him that I will see him next Wednesday.
Maisie has become very friendly, almost to the point of neediness, recently. She hops up onto my desk while I am working and lays down right in front of the keyboard to snuggle. Sometimes she will lay on my arms which makes it exceedingly difficult to type. Such is the life of a cat lady.
Eileen and Den are leaving Texas either today or tomorrow. Finally! I am all out of clean sheets! She told me to keep them until they got back. They are finally coming back and just in the nick of time, too. I have a load of sheets in the wash right now. They should be dry before Jeff (doesn't) gets here.
This is all I've got for today. Pitiful, just pitiful!
