Sarah and I received our second Pfizer shot yesterday. This time the vaccine really doesn't like Sarah very much. She has had 10 seizures in the last 24 hrs, which is way more than normal. These seizures seem to be different. She is collapsing straight to the floor now rather than pulling at her clothes etc. And she seems to have no memory of what happened for a longer than usual time. I am happy I decided to keep her home for two days, so she won't go back to HIP until after the weekend. I am waiting for a return call from nuero in Iowa City to see what can be done to help her through this.
