i have had a very stressful day and it has made me physically sick. Tomorrow doesn't promise to be any better, with the exception that it is the beginning of the weekend. i took a stress test online a few weeks back. i answered the questions honestly learned that my stress level is low. Questions not on the test was do you live under the threat of biological/germ warfare?, do you live under the threat of terrorist attack? do you live in an area still considered a war zone by most of the world's postal services? These questions perhaps should have been on the stress test.
