Life in New Jersey

jdmkleinHell's bells it takes me longer to get to New Jersey from Iowa that it takes me to get from Kuwait to New York, but i finally got into the Garden State about 9:15 Friday night.
Today we went to a yarn shop and it was almost too much to handle. So many different colors, weights, types of yarn. Went to a hobby shop too. Dodged the rain. Got back to Katie's house about 4:30, i think and settled in for the night. She beaded, i knitted.
Tomorrow is AC and the board walk and a ride in New Jersey country. No rain i hope. We are having a grand time. It's nice to be so comfortable with someone you can sit in the same room each quietly working on her own thing and feel companionship. A very nice night.
And the food.....Going to have to do some serious swimming and points counting next week, but it will be worth it.
Drizzle, drazzle, druzzle, droan, time for this one to go to bed.
