May. 6th, 2003 09:13 pmMost of the time talking to my daughter on the internet is a very good thing. But when she is telling me about how she got arrested on Saturday night while out with her uncle will drive a person crazy. She doesn't have her own computer so it takes twice as long for a message to be sent back and read by her. A mother's darling, sweet, innocent angel, arrested....made my heart go down to the bottom of me feet. For a check written for $10.12 written in 1993. My good god. What is this world coming to?
I'm just about sure my sister and her husband were more than delighted to go down to the county jail and haul her neices' ass out of the clink. And her grandmother. At least when i got arrested it was for a worthy cause. And it was the summer of love, and i was a wild assed teenager. She has now done something her brother has never done. Been arrested. Sheesh!
The police took away her shoes, her purse, her magnifier, her cane. Left her in a room for two hours literally blind to what was going on. Isn't there a seven limit on things like this? My daughter the con.
