Feb. 9th, 2003 09:03 pmAnother group is protecting Kuwait, the special forces of the Gulf Coast Countries are coming in. Why doesn't that reassure me?
Eyeglasses are much much much cheaper here than in the states. If one doesn't add in the cost of the airplane ticket.
Max is one lucky dog. He got two presents today. And i think he's grown up. He spent the night out of his kennel last night. Not that i wanted him to, but we've been having trouble with submissive peeing when it's night time. So last night Master had a plan and it sort of back fired. Max slept on his pillow in the computer room. No problem. Wonder if he will want to sleep with us tonight? He did wake up at 5:30 this morning, which wasn't the greatest thing, but Master got up with him. so that worked fine for me.
Tomorrow is the first day of the second eid. And i have only a few days left of vacation. Doing nothing sure makes the time fly by. i have no idea how many students will be back. Actually i have no idea how many teachers i'll have. i wasn't going to teach this semester but it seems i may have to. A repeat class from last semester with a bunch of (pardon the expression) losers and trouble makers. i've just about decided how i'm going to run that class. i can't do the same things this semester that we did last semester, they didn't get so it's no use to repeat. It will be a small class and we can work as a seminar. The first half will be spoon fed, all working on the same thing. The second half will be on their own. No fuck ups, or they are out.
i don't know what we are going to do tomorrow, except to take the dog out in the morning while the cleaning woman is here.
