(no subject)

i got my paper off the wall in my office this morning. i think i frightened the secretary. She thinks i'm not coming back. If i don't leave the country, i'll be back i told her. Besides, there is a very slim chance the school won't re-open in Feb. i want to be here to get paid for not working. Lots of Kuwaitis are heading south. i see their suburbans loaded inside and out. They are going to 'visit relatives' in saudi. yea right!

Tomorrow is oatmeal cookie baking day.
