(no subject)

i finally got in the holiday spirit. i set up a tiny little tree on the sideboard in the dining room. i put some decorations out on the tables and set some candles around. Tomorrow i will wrap the presents i have for Master. i got a Christmas card from the chairman of the Physical Therapy Dept, the Faculty Secretary. and someone else, i don't remember who. i'm not going to send any this year. i will send out Eid cards in Feb. to the Muslims i work with. Next year i'll send out holiday cards.

Jade got me thinking of pfferneuse (?) cookies. i know what i mean, the ones with cardamon. i bought some at the market yesterday. If i can get home from the office early enough, i will try my hand at them tomorrow. If not, i've just about decided not to go in to work on Tuesday, i'll make them then.

i joined the suppertime lj. i have to post to it tonight. Not a very exciting meal to most Americans, but to us it was special. It was pork.

i am so much cleaner than Master it almost hurts. i just got out of the tub and am clean and sweet smelling. He has yet to bathe. But as soon as He reads this He will head for the bathtub. Just so He can be cleaner than me.

i wonder what the side effects of potassium on dogs is. Max got one of my pills. Maybe it acts as a diarrhea maker. He left two loads and a half this morning for me to clean up.
