Dec. 6th, 2002 09:19 pmOh my oh my i have two more days of weekend. i can stay up late again tonight.
Had a busy day today. Began with the desert with the dog, and ended with dinner for a friend of Master's on the patio. Went to the plant souk this morning to see about plants for the house and the patio. Then to Ikea to look for a shoe cabinent and a cover for the couch. Also bought a bread box, not the one i wanted, but will do. Then to the furniture souk in Fahaheel to look for a buffet/sideboard for the dining room. Then to the Sultan Center for groceries. Back out to the desert for dog's evening run and home to make dinner for Master and friend. Was given permission to talk to daughter on the computer. Friend is gone now, and i'm nearly ready to take my bath.
Washed blankets this morning before we went out and hung them on the line to dry. i love clean smelling blankets.
Master has decided not to put up the Christmas tree this year. He won't get any complaint from me. i can understand He reasoning. No reason to cause any undo tension given the climate of the area. i think we will buy some pointsettias and perhaps a big wreath.
i don't know what we are going to be doing tomorrow. i do know we are not going to be going to work.
