My new glasses weren't ready again today. i'm not happy about this. i hate not being able to see up close or eat or read unless i take the dumb things off. Gad, i hope they are here tomorrow.

We celebrated Mother's birthday in a quiet way. Just dinner at home. i used Pammy's recipe for strawberries/balsalmic vinegar and biscottie. She liked that very much. i wonder if the balsalmic would work well with peaches.
