we think he's a Max

He slept through the night, but just barely. i think official sunrise this morning was 4:48. He started whining about 4:49.30. We just can't seem to get in sync with him. i take him out and five mnutes after we get back he's either pee-in' or poopin' some place he shouldn't be. it's almost like he can't wait to get inside so he can do his bi'ness.

i only had one meeting today, but it lasted for 4 1/2 hours. Exam boards. Have to go through each student's grade and make a decision as to whether it is valid or not. If this kind of thing goes on in all universities, how is it i got an F in a course that i deserved an A? Of course the grade was changed, and that phone call developed into a bittersweet relationship, i still think about him, but he was just too patient. And then all of a sudden he got impatient and i wasn't ready to go back. Oh well, that is the past, and i'm sure i am better off now.

Back to the exam boards. It's really difficult to look interested and intelligent after the 24th student in the 2nd year of the 16th course of the 4th department. And then you get to do it all over again with the 25th student. My, my, my, life in the fast lane of academia.

Well, the little himself has awakened. He needs to go for a walk.
