jdmkleinThe weather is becoming wonderful. This is the time of year Kuwait is a nice place to be as regards weather. We ate breakfast on the patio yesterday morning, and dinner too. i spent most of the day out on the glider reading. The patio is becoming a nice place to live.
The new teacher owes me big time. His wife had emergency surgery on Thursday morning, laproscopic, and is home already. But they have three young boys and she can't even hold the baby yet, so he did not come to teach today. Since it was supposed to be a working day in the classroom, i decided i would just combine both classes and take care of it. Big mistake. The students did what they thought they heard us say to do, not what we told them to do, so the whole time was spent explaining the same thing over and over and over and over again. We are now two steps back from where we were last week. On top of that some student walked off with my bottle of water. i know it was an accident, but man, i needed that drink.
To make up for not having water when i needed it, i went home early so i could sit on my patio furniture. That will show them, you betcha!
