jdmkleini spoke with Mother and Auntie Nurse this evening. Daughter was over at the old house cleaning it. Apparently the move went well. Mother and Daughter directed traffic while the movers did the work. Both Auntie Nurse and Mother commented on what a hard worker Daughter is. i wonder what they expected her to be? A slug-a-bed? Buddy the cat did not take too well to the move. He has been seen hiding under anything that has room for him. Mother sounded in a good mood, but in lots of pain. i'm guessing the trip to Fla. is going to be out of the question. i guess it will be just daughter and i. i do believe we will drive down.
More money will be deposited into the money pit on wheels it seems. A rebuilt engine now looms near in the future. i had hoped it would wait until winter break, but even Master believes that might be a tad optimistic. Oh well, it's only money. What else have i got to do with it? ha!
i'm falling behinder and behinder in the new course for next semester. i'm having too much fun with the summer course, i don't want to work on the fall one. i've got the outline done, and the calendar is sort of in order. Now i should be working on the activities and exercises, and i just can't get my heart into it. Next week i promise i will get the first week in order. i'll have five days to work on three days. That seems logical to me. Now the test will be to see if i really do as i say.
It's to bed with me. i've had a long and fairly enjoyable day. Now i'm tired.
