i waited for an hour and 15 minutes for Jamal today. Our meeting took 20. If he had been on time, i could have been home before he even got there. Bah!
Dealt with the stupidity of some administrative types today. All it took was a keystroke or two. They didn't see it. Wanted a poor student who got a B+ in a course she thought she was registered for, everything she had from the univ. admissions said she was, to put that B+ on a course they somehow mistakenly put her in and take this course again. All it took was a couple of keystrokes. Sheesh. And a letter from me stating that she had passed the course, and that there was room for her in the next level, and the class didn't conflict with the rest of her schedule. Gad! How thick are some people?
i am feeling a bit jealous right now. i don't like it, but there it is. Master is talking to some female on the computer. i have no idea what they are saying, i don't want to know, i don't even really care. i don't know why i feel jealous. i just am. i won't ask.
Got pictures today from Christmas at home. Son and daughter-in-law were the hosts. Their house is small, it reminds me of my granparents' home on Home Park Blvd. The pictures are nice, show everyone having a good time. have a nice one of Daughter and S.O. i will print out to take to work. i have picts of everyone else, but they never seemed to be around when i had a camera. Well now dadburn it, i have those two now. By Gum.
i am watching Yankee Doodle Dandy, or the George Cohan story, i don't know which it is. The lead actor played the heavy in other movies, i hate when i can't think of names. i love watching him dance. i enjoy watching dancers in the old movies. With the exception of Fred Astair. Don't know what it is i don't like about him, but there it is, i don't.
i'm being pretty negative tonight. The wind is howling through the cracks in the windows tonight. Reminds me of winter snow storms of my childhood. It seems unreal that in less than one month i will have lived away from the land of my birth for14 years. That's over one fourth of my life.

i have spent less than half my allowance this month. Now i have a conundrum. What to do, what to do. Should i go out and shop and spend the money? Should i use the money i have left and not take my new allowance? Should i put the money from last month in my "sock drawer" and take my new allowance and see how much i can save next month? What to do, what to do? Smart thing would be to stick it in my drawer in case we have to evacuate.
