We went shopping today. i didn't get what i intended to get, some mew brown winter shoes, but i did get a new flat keyboard for my computer and a new ballless mouse. And a piece of hardware to hook my laptop up to a tv monitor so students can use it for their presentations. Not my computer, but it's mine and i'll let them use it on their laptops.
The weather has been icky and so have i. i hate it when the sun doesn't shine. Everything and everyone gets on my last nerve. And i have to go back to work tomorrow. Then it is 14 days of class not counting weekends and the semester is over. My workload for this class will double beginning Wednesday. The students will begin handing in their research papers, section by section, and then conference on how it went, and give it back for revision to be handed in, completed, on December 22. We will have until the 30th to look at the whole product again and give it a final grade. 15 page papers, times 26. Why do i like teaching this class?
